Aisha has taken a great interest in family law and appreciates its complex and multi-faceted nature. She empathises with those that encounter the family law system, understanding that it is likely to be a uniquely stressful period for individuals and families.
Prior to her admission, Aisha previously volunteered at a community legal service as a paralegal within the Family Law and Family Violence Division. She assisted clients who attended the legal service’s Divorce Clinic in navigating their way through, and applying for, civil divorces. She also assisted Duty Lawyers who appeared at local Magistrates’ Courts for IVO matters.
